Common Terns and more in Goseong

Dr. Bernhard Seliger (Hanns-Seidel-Foundation Korea and Birds Korea member)

On September 8, a short visit to Hwajinpo Wetland brought some great views of roosting Common Terns on the fences of the main wetland. Other notable birds included a Brown Shrike, plus Great Cormorants, Black-tailed and Mongolian Gulls, Common Kingfishers, Oriental Reed Warblers, and other usual summer birds.
