A dozen <strong>Siberian Stonechats<\/strong>, several <strong>Eurasian Siskins<\/strong>, at least two dozen <strong>Brambling<\/strong>, seven <strong>Red-throated Pipit<\/strong>, a female <strong>Grey-backed Thrush<\/strong>, and handfuls of <strong>Japanese Thrush, Little Bunting, Blue-and-white Flycatcher, Narcissus Flycatcher, Zitting Cisticola<\/strong>, and <strong>Red-flanked Bluetail<\/strong> were the highlights.<br \/>\nAt Yongsu, a <strong>Pacific Golden Plover,<\/strong> several <strong>Falcated Teal<\/strong> and <strong>Pochard<\/strong>, and good numbers still of <strong>Eurasian Teal, Northern Shoveler, Mallard, Spot-billed Duck<\/strong>, and <strong>Coot,<\/strong> with about  50-100 of each seen. <br \/>\nIt&#8217;s been pretty quiet still in Seogwipo parks this month, with birds such as <strong>Brown-headed Thrush,  Ashy Minivet, Yellow-browed Bunting, Narcissus, Blue-and-White<\/strong>, and <strong>Asian Brown Flycatchers<\/strong> yet to arrive.  For the past two years, these birds have been relatively easy to find in Several Seogwipo parks starting in mid-April.  <br \/>\nIn a Seogwipo farmer&#8217;s field,<strong> Eastern Yellow Wagtails, Red-throated Pipits<\/strong>, and <strong>Siberian Stonechats<\/strong> are good signs of spring.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><center><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.birdskorea.org\/Images\/images2011\/04\/april16birdnews\/blue and white.JPG\" width=\"680\" height=\"377\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\nMale <strong>Blue-and-white Flycatcher<\/strong> <i>Cyanoptila cyanomelana<\/i>.
