Other species seen in a few hours of afternoon birding included 3 <strong>Common Kestrels<\/strong>, 1 <strong>Naumann&#8217;s Thrush<\/strong>, 2 <strong>Cinerous Vultures<\/strong>, about a dozen <strong>Long-tailed Tits<\/strong>, about 100 <strong>Common Mergansers<\/strong>, several flocks of\u00a0 <strong>Greater White-fronted Geese<\/strong> and 2 <strong>Ruddy Shelducks<\/strong> amongst others.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bird News from Subhojit Chakladar Following a great map from Ha Jung Moon, I found a Long-eared Owl (after some searching) &#8230;. close to the trunk (and hence easy to miss).
