A protected cove held c. six hundred Coots<\/b> and small numbers of Eurasian Teal<\/b>, Eurasian Wigeon<\/b>, Falcated Teal<\/b>, Spot-billed Ducks<\/b> and Mallards<\/b>, three Eurasian Spoonbills<\/b>, and several each of Grey Heron<\/b>, Intermediate<\/b> and Great Egret.<\/b> One Common Snipe<\/b>, two Eurasian Kestrels<\/b>. One Common Buzzard<\/b>. Eight Far-eastern<\/b> Skylarks. Several Buff-bellied Pipits<\/b>. Two Olive-backed Pipits<\/b>. Two Bull-headed Shrike<\/b>s. Two Oriental Reed Warbler<\/b>s. About a dozen Azure-winged Magpies<\/b>. Scattered calling Daurian Redstarts<\/b>. Several Stejneger\u2019s Stonechats<\/b>. Several small flocks of Taiga Bean Geese<\/b> flying over and a small group on a rice-field, in total c. one hundred fifty.<\/p>\n
